Nadia Hassan Allam is a member of the "Hassan Allam" family who are the sole owners of one of the leading construction companies in Egypt called "Hassan Allam Sons Co." which has been active in the construction business since 1936.
Hassan Allam Sons Co. conducts a wide variety of construction work throughout Egypt. The company is known for its expertise in constructing major factories, water and wastewater works, power plants, as well as a variety of other turn-key project types such as Hotels, Resorts , Residential Compounds and Buildings which involve a lot of interior and finishing which Nadia Allam manages and operates personally.

The family’s involvement in the construction field inspired Nadia Allam to establish Nadix Interiors, an interior design and furniture company. In 1995 she began importing furniture from all parts of the world to make it easier for her clients to finish their homes.
